SAME DAY SYDNEY METRO SHIPPING
All customers within metro Sydney are eligible for our same day delivery service. Order before 2pm, and receive your order with same day delivery. If you place your order after 2pm or on a weekend, you will receive your order on the next business day. Same day shipping is charged at a flat fee of $25.
Please note our Same Day Sydney Metro Shipping service is only available for orders over $399.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer complimentary express shipping with all Australian orders over $550AUD. All other orders will be charged $10AUD. All domestic orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Australia Post Express with an average delivery time of 1-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer complimentary express shipping for all international orders over $850AUD. All other orders will be charged. $40AUD. All international orders are dispatched within 48 hours via DHL Express with an average delivery time of 5-7 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
International orders shipped to the United States of America, United Kingdom, France and Canada via DHL Express and are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). There are no additional charges when the product arrives in your country. All international orders shipped to countries other than those outlined above, may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes for clearance. This will be the responsibility of the customers and will be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout, if applicable. Please refer to your local customs website for further information.
Please note that orders above $1000 AUD shipped to the United States may require a formal customs clearance. DHL may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or social security number (SSN) in order to clear your order through customs.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
REFUSED DELIVERY
Please note if an order is refused at delivery, the receiver will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning the parcel to us; and this will be deducted from the refund once received back to our warehouse. Costs may vary.
RETURNS
Please note all sale purchases are final and are not eligible for refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Christopher Esber reserves the right to cancel your order within 48 hours of placement. A refund will be actioned and the total amount will be credited on to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
