Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Attendance is strictly by invitation only.
  • Attendees must:
    • Hold a valid invitation.
    • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Invitations are:
    • Personal.
    • Non-transferable.
    • Not permitted to be sold, exchanged or transferred without prior written approval through your Relationship Manager.

Experience Inclusions

The Experience includes:

  • A front row seat at the CHRISTOPHER ESBER Paris Fashion Week Spring Summer 27 show.
  • Private backstage access before and after the show, offering a rare perspective on the collection as it comes to life.
  • A personal appointment at the Paris showroom with CHRISTOPHER ESBER with the opportunity to pre- order directly from the runway.
  • An exclusive introduction to the designer, CHRISTOPHER ESBER, with a private viewing of the collection.
  • A curated gift selection from our partners.
  • Provision of an ongoing 10% VIP discount with CHRISTOPHER ESBER for a total of 12 months.

Only items specifically stated in the invitation are included.

Exclusions

Unless specifically stated, the Experience does not include:

  • Flights.
  • Accommodation.
  • Airport transfers.
  • Local transport.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Passport or visa costs.
  • Meals or beverages outside the hosted Experience.

Attendees are responsible for:

  • Their own travel arrangements.
  • Arriving at the venue on time.

Event Changes

The organiser may amend, postpone, relocate or cancel the Experience. Attendees will be notified of material changes and reasonable alternative arrangements may be offered. Any applicable consumer rights will continue to apply.

Attendance Requirements

Attendees must:

  • Arrive on time.
  • Follow any instructions from event staff and security.
  • Comply with venue, accreditation and dress requirements.
  • Behave respectfully and appropriately.
  • Follow any photography or recording restrictions.

Please note:

  • Late arrival may result in refused or missed entry.
  • Entry may not be guaranteed after the stated arrival time.
  • Re-entry may not be permitted.

Guest Conduct

The organiser may refuse entry or remove an attendee for:

  • Unsafe behaviour.
  • Disruptive behaviour.
  • Abusive or threatening conduct.
  • Excessive intoxication.
  • Failure to follow event instructions.
  • Conduct that may damage the reputation of the organiser, designer or event partners.

Any decision relating to guest conduct will be final.

Cancellation by an Attendee

  • Invitations cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind or an attendee’s inability to attend. An attendee may request that their invitation be moved to another CHRISTOPHER ESBER show.
  • Attendees should notify the organiser as soon as possible if they can no longer attend.
  • Invitations may not be transferred without written approval.
  • Replacement attendees are not guaranteed.
  • Failure to attend results in the invitation being forfeited.
