Returns are accepted on merchandise within 7 business days of receiving your order. To return items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition.
Garments received with make-up marks will not be accepted for exchange or return as all returned merchandise need to be in a re-saleable state.
Items that are discounted by 50% or greater including products that are indicated as Final Sale in the description cannot be returned.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Step 1 - Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for your return. Please include all details of the item you wish to return including country location. In regards to an exchange we will check availability of stock or otherwise you may choose to return the item for a refund or store credit note.
Step 2- You will receive a returns authorisation number (RA#) to place on your returns & exchanges form that was included with your shipment. Without this number the return will not be accepted. Include the completed form and securely repackage your returning item.
For Australian returns, we can arrange for a courier to come and collect the parcel on a nominated day, we charge a flat return shipping rate of $10 (which will be deducted from your refund amount). Alternatively if this is not convenient, you can arrange your own return to the address provided on the returns form with no charge. Please note during sale and special promotion periods return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to accept drop offs.
For International returns please return to Christopher Esber within 9 days of receiving your RA#. If the return arrives outside this time (without agreement with us), the item will not be accepted and returned back to you. Please ship via a trackable method and provide the tracking details to Christopher Esber.
Step 3 - Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process from when the items arrive at Christopher Esber to the credit appearing in your bank account. We will refund the value of the item (via the original form of payment ) minus the return shipping charge of $7 (for Australian orders). Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from christopheresber.com.au.
Once the item is inspected based on the above conditions – depending on your request we will either provide a refund or a credit note. If you are returning for a size exchange please make a purchase online to avoid delay and any disappointment in not obtaining your size (shipping is free for Australian orders over $300 - shipping charges apply for International delivery).
If your returning item(s) is non-refundable you will receive a Store Credit Note, via post or email to use for future purchases, valued at the item you have returned and with 1-year validity (and not redeemable in cash).
We will continue to communicate with you, via email or phone, at various stages of the process, to ensure you are well informed of the progress of your return.
Christopher Esber reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and neither a refund nor exchange granted.
