RETURNS

Please note all sale purchases are final and are not eligible for return. 

You are eligible to initiate a return of full-priced merchandise purchased on Christopher Esber within 7 days of receiving your order.

To ensure your return is accepted, please refer to our return conditions below.

  • The return is handed to an affiliated courier service within 7 business days of receiving your order
  • Returned garments are in an original condition, unworn, unwashed, tags attached and associated packaging included. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted
  • Returned garments received with make up marks will not be accepted for exchange or return as all returned merchandise need to be in a re-saleable state
  • Christopher Esber does not accept returns on any sale items unless deemed faulty. This excludes our 10% Welcome Offer, if this is used towards a full priced item, you are eligible for a return
  • Swimwear is to be tried on wearing undergarments and the protective hygiene sticker must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene sticker has been removed or altered
  • We monitor returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion


Australian return shipments are complimentary.

International returns will be charged a handling and service fee of $55 AUD, excluding New Zealand who will be charged a handling and service fee of $30AUD. Return shipping labels are provided.

Please note, shipments returned with paperwork not provided by Christopher Esber by be subject to further duties and taxes which will be deducted from your refund or credit.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on full-priced merchandise purchased on Christopher Esber within 7 days of receiving your order. Subject to stock availability.

If your desired item is unavailable, you may choose to return the item for a refund or store credit note (subject to our returns policy). 

Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge, once Christopher Esber has received and approved your return.

You can authorise an instant exchange via our return portal to ensure your new exchange is dispatched within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

An instant exchange will put a temporary hold on your credit card for the value of your order until we receive your unwanted items. You will only be charged if your return isn’t handed over to an affiliated courier service within 21 days of submitting.

REFUNDS

Refunds typically take 5 business days to process from when the items arrive at Christopher Esber to the credit appearing in your bank account. During peak times, this could take up to 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation of the transaction. 



Christopher Esber does not refund duties and taxes paid should you decide to return an order. International customers can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund. You will receive an email confirmation of the transaction. 



Christopher Esber reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and neither a refund nor exchange granted.

 
FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team at info@christopheresber.com.au to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
