DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders, and free express shipping for orders over $500 AUD.
All domestic orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Australia Post. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on location and during peak periods.
Same Day Delivery - Sydney Metro
Customers within Sydney metro can access same day delivery for a $25 AUD flat fee.
To qualify, place your order before 2pm on a business day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends / public holidays, will be delivered the next business day.

USA
- Free express shipping on orders over $400 USD
- All other orders: $26 USD ($40 AUD)
- Shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - no additional charges on arrival

REFUSED DELIVERY
If a delivery is refused, the recipient is responsible for:
- Original shipping charges
- Any import and/or customs fees
- Return shipping fees
These costs will be deducted from any refund issues.

WAREHOUSE SCHEDULE & SHIPPING POLICY
Our warehouse is closed on weekends and Australian public holidays. Orders will not ship on these days.
Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and cannot be expedited or delayed.
