We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders, and complimentary express shipping for orders over $500 AUD.

All domestic orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Australia Post.

SAME DAY SYDNEY METRO SHIPPING

Customers within metro Sydney are eligible for our same day delivery service. 

Orders must be placed before 2pm to receive your order the same day. If you place your order after 2pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, you will receive your order the next business day.

Same day shipping is charged at a flat fee of $25.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

United States of America
We offer complimentary express shipping on all shipments over $300USD. All other orders will be charged $40AUD.

Please note that orders shipped to the United States may require a formal customs clearance. DHL will contact you directly to retrieve your federal Tax ID or social security number (SSN) in order to clear your order through customs.

Europe
We offer complimentary express shipping on all shipments over €300. All other orders will be charged $40AUD.

Orders to Europe are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). There are no additional charges when the product arrives in your country. 

Rest of World
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

All international orders are dispatched within 48 hours via DHL Express with an average delivery time of 5-7 business days from dispatch.

REFUSED DELIVERY

Please note if an order is refused at delivery, the receiver will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning the parcel to us; and this will be deducted from the refund once received back to our warehouse. Costs may vary.

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Our warehouse is closed on weekends and during public holiday periods.
